Fourpure

Fourpure was the first British craft brewery to can their core range of beer. Founded in 2013 by brothers Daniel and Thomas Lowe, the East London brewery has a core range of six beers supplemented by seasonal specials. The name Fourpure derives from the purity of the four key ingredients that make up the beer and the lower environmental impact that canned beer delivers. Fourpure beer is available in can and kegs with the Pils and Stout also available in 330ml bottles.

Redemption Brewery

Their range of beers captures the best of British traditional brewing heritage, with contemporary techniques and ingredients. Established in 2010, Redemption use the finest raw materials to brew modern beers brimming with character, taste and integrity. Adnams Brewery

Established in 1872, Adnams is one of Britain’s best-loved regional brewers. The earliest recorded brewing on in the Adnams site in Suffolk was in 1345 and today Adnams is committed to brewing the finest cask, bottled and canned ales, as well as a range of premium spirits in its Copper House still. The brewery prides itself on using the best local ingredients and quality production process. They are passionate about creating a range of authentic beers each with its own unique character and style which reflects their heritage. Adnams’ range of regular beers including Broadside, Explorer and Ghost Ship have attracted numerous awards at international level, including ‘best Independent Beer in a Can’ for Ghost Ship at the Indie Can Festival in 2014.

Founded in 1992 in the old English town of Arundel, Arundel Brewery is one of the fastest growing breweries in Britain. Otley Brewery

Bristol Beer Factory

One of Britain’s most exciting craft breweries, Bristol Beer Factory was founded in 2004 and is situated in the 1904 building of the historic Ashton Gate brewery. Now brewing a core range of eight outstanding beers including Southville Hop US IPA (6.5%) and Ultimate Belgian Stout (7.5%). Otter Brewery

Named ‘British Brewer of the Year’ by the Good Pub Guide 2013, Otter is a family owned brewery, which has been brewing exceptional quality beers since 1990. Jake’s Orchard

From the Hush Heath Estate in Kent, Jake’s Orchard is a range of unique still and sparkling ciders.  The apples are harvested from 35 year old trees using traditional Kentish eating varieties: Egremont Russet, Cox, and Bramley, all contributing distinct characters to the blend. The apples are hand picked, and cold stored for three months before pressing which encourages crisp, clean, pure apple aromas and flavours and the result is a distinctively fresh style of cider.

Hawkes

Proudly conceived, born and raised in London, Hawkes channels that urban community spirit in a drink that eschews the synthetically sweet style of rival ginger beer brands in favour of a more refreshing, home made style. Founder Simon Wright refined his recipe with the help of feedback from his discerning local Hackney hipster audience. Crate

Established in 2012, Crate is one of the most exciting and innovative breweries in London. With total focus on flavour and aroma, they produce bold beers that use both British and international hops. Situated on the river Lea, the brewery makes a range of both traditional and craft styles which are bottled in 330ml or 500ml according to the style of the beer. Crate has recently expanded to increase production for export and was rated by Forbes Travel as one of Europe’s Top 5 Craft Breweries.
